over priced for the quality of service or room quality. The power back up was very bad. there were frequent power cuts. the generator didn't start up immediately. had to call reception every time. the geyser size was too small or the quantity of hot water was less. had to wait long time. the dining table was placed in some corner. didn't understand the logic behind it. 3 people couldn't sit properly. the corner was such that only one person could sit. there were walls either side. quality of room service
We stayed here overnight during our break journey enroute to Ahobilam. Just 7+ hours. Mr. Vishwa at reception was welcoming. It was a pleasant stay in a 2+1 Non-AC bed room. Nice and Clean Rooms. Bath Towels, Soaps were provided. Bathroom had Geyser for hot water. All good. No complains reg Stay. Reg. Some unpleasant billing experience:: Price of Stay was: Rs. 1800+12%GST = Total Rs. 2016 While Checkin, I was asked to pay advance of Rs. 2000 which i duly paid. (200 extra). During Checkout out, they did not talk about GST nor did not even bother to return my Rs. 200. Since I was informed Room was including GST then when I demanded they gave GST bill by paying extra Rs.16. else they would have charged me Rs. 2000 without GST bill which is 200 extra than the room rate of Rs.1800. I demanded the reception guy to give me required bill which he obliged. All good for now since I got GST bill. :-) Please ask for Bills as you may end up paying more !! Over all good Stay except this experience. For BMR:: If you say room price is charged including GST then you should give a GST bill. You may take required amount and give relevant bill. Don't let the customer ask for it. If you are not charging GST then don't mention it while booking. Simple.. stick to whatever you say while booking!!
