We have booked 5days Andaman tour package with BMK tours. Unlike other major big travel agencies, BMK is very friendly, down to earth and supported like family friends. Upon approaching them for discussion , from that moment onwards, everything take off very smoothly. Starting from sharing packaging details , itinerary clarification and do/don'ts all done in a very professional manner. One thing is sure, whatever they said in day one , they stand on their words even after several rescheduling , peak season impact on budget & itinerary. Best part is , their reminder starts from 2 days before journey date and they will receive you in Airport befor you reach for departure and handed over all essentials kit like sanitizer, caps etc and wishing for best journey. Also, they are on the call whenever you need help. We got stuck up in 2 to 3 times in Andaman, but immediately their tie-up agency extended helping hand and resolved. This is most amazing things. Hotel stays in different location, food , ferry coordination etc all are wonderful and we enjoyed a lot and made us one of the most memorable trip for our family!
