For the past months, I've been on an exhilarating fitness journey at BMI fitness studio,and it was awesome. What sets this gym apart from the rest is undoubtedly the outstanding coach. The coach's expertise and knowledge in various fitness disciplines are truly impressive. Whether it's weightlifting, cardio, or functional training, they provided comprehensive guidance to ensure I got the most out of every session. What sets this coach apart is their ability to strike the perfect balance between encouragement and challenge. They consistently pushed me beyond my comfort zone, motivating me to try new exercises and increasing the intensity gradually. Their valuable advice on maintaining a balanced diet and healthy habits complemented my workout routine, leading to even more significant results.

My son has been going to this Gym for months. He enquired in other gyms also, he mentioned that this is one of the best gym in Pathanamthitta. I have seen this place myself. It's very clean and when I asked the coach she said that they clean this place every week. My son says that the coach is a man of his principles,and the people there are premium members.The coach clears every doubt of the clients.The coach assists you during the workout which is not very common in Pathanamthitta.

Excellent gym, kept well maintained and hygienic..they are building a healthy community with great ambience..and truly reliable trainer ,trust me he ll not disappoint you. I will definitely recommend .

The atmosphere is , the vibe is . We never feel bored; we never feel like skipping a day. And Sagar Annan is too supportive, and BMI Swag just another level .

My opinion is that it is one of the best gyms in Pathanamthitta because all the latest machines are used in it.A special mention is the support of the trainer who supports and trains everyone equally.

It's a perfect hangout for fitness freaks ! It's all about how to stay healthy fit and energetic by the most soothing methodologies as per age and current health conditions ! It's never too late to join such a club with very experienced trainers specially Mr. Sagar. It's a very hygienic unisex gym .
