Laboratory staff, room no 12,reception are very worst, careless people,no response, no timings, time wasting,time passing people working their,no respect, they don't know how to talk with patients attenders, they time pass just sitting discussing homely things, they don't care whether the queue is gone outside,they r busy talking,very disappointed

The Triage department and nursing staff exhibited utmost professionalism and care throughout Prathap's journey, making sure every step was taken with precision. The presence of the affordable Yatri Vishram Nilaya for caretakers further accentuated the institution's focus on holistic patient care. The procedure itself was challenging due to the advanced stage of the tumor, but under the expert hands of Dr. Amresh and his team, the operation was a resounding success. It is really amazing hospital.. Among I ever see. It is very helpful for middle class. Lower middle class and backward people's. Doctors trying to make free treatment government schemes... If ur coming has a patient u will get treated with best doctors and good treatment if ur a staff ur will be over loaded with VIP patients each and every day Whereas a normal patient takes an appointment to get his/her tests done but those who come via some influence act has if they own the hospital VIP culture should end And inspite of wearing gold and having a iPhone many bring below poverty card and get test done at zero cost ... failure of the government to monitor BPL cards and their access not available to needed people

MRI services are cost effective. Good initiative and very beneficial but pls make online services available to save time. If not an individual have to waste 2 days to get MRI done and 1 day to collect report. Totally 3 days wasted.

We admit my mother in this hospital in 1st floor In neurology department the OPD doctors are irresponsible and not giving proper information to the patient.not maintained hospital timeings proper. im requesting to management department please improve good information giving to the patient.
