If you care about after sales service, then BlueStone is not for you. I gave a jewellery for repair and the assistant said you will get it back in 10 days (he said this in written, I have copy of it). After 10 working days when I called them to know the status, they updated saying it will take 15 working days. Fine, when I call them again after 15 working days, they told me that he will review the status and call me back in 30 mins. After 2 hours, I called them again, and same response, will call back on 30 mins. This happened 4 times. They lack compete accountability. Now I will have to visit the branch to know the status of my repair, whether they repaired it or lost it. Edit: Received a call back (18 working days) that item is ready for me to pick up. Serving is done well.

The folks at BlueStone Sarath City Capital made our marriage anniversary special which we never expected. These little details by brand show they care about their customer and make them feel that Jewelry buying is for special occasions and they know how to make them more special by adding little touches. Addition to that, they have extensive collection and are very cooperative in understanding customer requirements and providing better design options.

It was a great experience at the store. Denis and Jelani were very helpful and patient while i took time to make up my mind. They showed me different pieces in my budget and encouraged me to try them on. I ended up with a beautiful pair of earrings that I am going to cherish. Billing was effortless too! Thank you!

We bought 2 solitaire rings from Blue Stone for engagement. Really happy with what we got, they had made one custom ring and one of their styles. Both turned out really good. Also there was time constraint and they delivered it very quickly. Most other jewellers were giving in 50-60 days but they gave in just 20 days.

Store is very nice with good collections. Staff are very welcoming. Mr Jeelani has been very kind and patiently helped us to select jewellery. Would definitely visit again Ps: They surprise us with small celebrations of our anniversary
