An average one. From outside it look gorgeous. But I felt ordinary collection. Price also little bit one the higher side than other avg. stores. What I found attractive is that separate collection for children also there. Tom & jerry or micky mouse earrings available. Overall experience ok, not met my expectations.
Would highly recommend this outlet of Bluestone for the variety, ambience and best of all the excellent & knowledgeable staff. We've been purchasing online for a few years now and moved to Bluestone from CaratLane due to the lovely lusture and unique designs Bluestone has - let alone the competitive and transparent prices (one of the few who refund based on the final product shipped). Coming back to this outlet, I was looking for an earring for my wife and we zeroed in on a few models online. One of which said that it was readily available in this store. Drove down to this store and Ms. Reshma attended to us. She was very patient and showed us so many options - also clearly explaining the carat / gold / discounts for each. Finally, we wanted to compare a design we saw on the store iPad and she got it arranged for us in 2 days to see it in the store. What gets more interesting is we didn't like the model she got exclusively arranged for us - there was absolutely no pressure to consider it. We liked a new pair and then wanted a matching pendant for it which was not available in the store. She worked her magic again and got it from another store in 1.5hrs on a Sunday evening - wow! Thank you! Not to miss out, when it came to the payment - I had close to 10 Gift vouchers purchased online that I wanted to redeem. There was a glitch in the system and Mr. Praveen who is the manager, patiently helped get the gift vouchers fixed and he personally got the billing done for us! Want to thank both these folks for providing such an amazing level of service and commitment - kudos! Would definitely recommend Bluestone and this outlet to others - your visit will not be a waste, trust me!
We were looking for a solitaire ring and after browsing a lot we zeroed upon BlueStone. They have very beautiful collection with both traditional and modern looks. We finally chose "The Wonderful Beauty Ring" from their Solitaire ring's range. Mr. Deepak, from the Koramangala store, helped us to customize the design, with excellent coordination throughout the process. Very bad customer service when visited on Saturday for the exchange. The lady in the counter was extremely rude who mentioned "we will return the gems to you and you can return the ring" when questioned what will I do with gems when ring is with you, she said you can keep it. But when I visited the same store last time to purchase the behaviour was completely different. Poor service and would never recommend this store.
