Nice jewellery store on Kanakapura Road. Helpful staff. In my experience, the actual collection is not very large but they do have good pieces of intricate jewellery. Apparently they have a large catalogue of jewellery and one needs to place an order for them. Hopefully they can showcase more of these artistic pieces in the store. They have some parking area in front of the store so that is good. Overall a good experience.
Worst part - no parking available for such a hi-end jewellery shop. Making charges to high. Designs good but most of the stock is not available, you will have to place order. Customer service poor, only 2 sales rep are there, so if you are in a hurry and there are more than 2 customers, drop the plan of wasting your time there. They do not even offer tea/coffee.
Excellent customer service. They are very helpful with product details. Both store manager and sales executive were very kind and helpful when it came to selection. Thumbs up from my side. Edit: all my orders came as per expectation and before promised time. Pricing was very transperant and clear communication skills of staff. Appreciate the help.
This store on kanakapura road has no vallet parking nor any parking space. The security guard cannot speak kannada and stays put inside ac showroom. When asked about parking he says no parking park some where and come to the store. Very shocking attitude.
