I visited this store early November this year, primarily out of curiosity regarding the pencil ring that I saw on social media. Even though I made my intent clear that I was not going to purchase immediately, the Mr Daniel was very warm and in turn he explained me various jewellery schemes and gave me a walkthrough about diamonds at their store. Massively impressed by the service as well as the jewellery, especially rings and mangalsutra.

Yogesh Sir & Pratik Sir explained very politely & accurately every thing about Gold & Platinum. sevice & staff is very co-operative.

Nice collection and various designs available and Ms. Deepali assisted me to select a jewellery as per my requirement and shared her opinions as well which shows her professionalism and enthusiasm.

Don't shop from here. Pathetic and unprofessional services. Bluestone gives false commitments and deviates from the quality and design as n delivered jewellery is hardly matching what is shown on website. They cheat too. Beware. They cancelled my order themselves and then were telling me after delivery time of 15 days that passed that it was cancelled due to technical reasons. no communication. No value for customers time and energy,

Bought ear ring from blue stone and gave it for repair again, it's been more than 1 month but still not given for repair
