The service of bluestone has always been very good. The brand has always been great , it is one of the best with regards to quality, luxury and unique sophisticated designs. I have always been a buyer from bluestone and to mark my 27th wedding anniversary I went there to start my account again. The service was commendable, the staff were very sweet, humble and very patient, they provided us with comfort and explained and solved all our doubts. On getting to know that the day was of my anniversary, they surprised us with a delicious cake and celebrated our anniversary as one of my own. Truly happy with the service and I'll always recommend bluestone for their quality of service.
I am highly disappointed with the service here. Completely screwed up an engraving that I requested for and blatantly refused to fix it. The executive Pallavi there is rude and highly inefficient and lacks knowledge of the processes there. Won't make a purchase here again. Highly disappointing experience.
Wow! What a great experience i had at blue stone in orbit. The staff was so polite and well mannered especially a lady call Mallika Singh she was the best in my opinion. The way she handled my queries and all and helped me out was great! And definitely there were alot of great collection of ornaments. So had alot of variety to pick. Classy yet elegant designs. Great experience overall.
Great store with amazing collections and really sweet staff. Would surely visit again. Special mention to Ms. Mallika Singh. She knows exactly how to treat their customers and make sure every customers leaves the store with a smile on their face.
