Absolutely pathetic. I only called to enquire about customisation. I am glad that I didn't waste my time visiting this store. They showed no interest to explain/give details. They in fact told Sarath city store told customisation possible, then get it from there. These guys have lot to learn from caratlane

I had a wonderful experience at the store.. I ordered a pair of earrings for my mom on Monther's day. It din fit well so came to store to just exchange it. Ganesh helped us pick the perfect pair for my mom he even went out of his way and offered a small token of gift to my mom. He even did explain a beneficial scheme and helped me enrolled in it. Thanks a lot Ganesh for your impeccable service.

Very poor quality. Very bad refund policy. Refund takes 20 + days. That too the amount will not come to your original mode of payment or original account. It will be bluestone cash. After that you have to request to change to your bank account. Another 5 to 7 days. Don't purchase from them. Feedback has not been worked upon.
Designs are good. It would be great if they arrange requested designs at their store to try. Since this is a store at mall nearby lot of communities people can try and make decision. Most of the designs are not available and not arranging requested deisgns at store is bit inconvenience.
