I visited the store twice the 1st visit was very pleasant and the lady who was assisting was very kind and helpful. Second visit was on this year Dhanteras and the lady who was assisting me was very impatient. Firstly she insisted rather pressurised me to take their annual plans which I resisted as I was not interested than when she knew that I am not buying the plan she was least interested in assisting me. I did an exchange and the exchange amount was higher than my product so I wanted to buy one more product by adding partial money for this she was very discouraging and was insisting me to not buy another one and keep the amount in Bluestone wallet. I would now think twice visiting this store again.
