From the whole experience the most important thing was location placed on map was half km away from original location. Number mentioned on profile was not connecting. I read the address and went there with respect to opposite hospital as landmark. Not expect this from this brand. Have suggested correction. From experience: They have good collection and friendly customer service. In term of jewellery, collection is most important in jewellery which is amazing.

The staff was very professional and provided outstanding service. I am a little indecisive when it comes to jewellery shopping. But the staff was quite patient and helped me select the most beautiful ring in the store. When it comes to variety, they have a wide range of options in all the jewellery categories. The designs are very chic and intricate. You will surely end up buying more pieces than planned.

NEVER EVER VISIT BLUESTONE! Pathetic service. Its been more than a month and they are unable deliver 2 rings in a proper size. One day they don't have size, some day they don't have their systems working properly. When asked to send at our place the person doesn't reaches the location in 2 hours. Someday they have error in the weight mentioned on the on bill with the actual weight. And now today when we reached to the store to collect the rings after getting calls from them since 3-4 days they had again errors in invoicing due to incorrect email id updated from their end. Unprofessional and casual behaviour towards customers.

One of the best and modern designs then leading competitors. I don't want to name other companies but we felt so disappointed from other companies as we wanted Modern design rings.
