My recent experience with Bluestone Centre Square store was extremely disappointing. I ordered a product which turned out to be incorrect, leading to unnecessary delays in delivery. The staff, including the store manager and ASM, exhibited an unhealthy attitude, showing no willingness to assist or communicate effectively. The wrong product was a letdown, but the lack of communication and unhelpful demeanor of the staff made the situation even worse. It's disheartening when a store fails to fulfill orders accurately and lacks the basic courtesy expected in customer service. I hope improvements are made in both product accuracy and the professionalism of the staff to prevent others from facing similar issues. Overall, my experience was subpar and did not meet the standards expected from a reputable store like Bluestone Centre Square.

I'm absolutely fed up with this incredibly slow and utterly pathetic service. They keep making false commitments, and it's like they have no idea where my product is or why it's taking an eternity to arrive. It's been a torturous month, and my product is still nowhere to be seen. What's even more infuriating is their outrageously high making charges, a whopping 35%! And to top it off, my product weighs less than what they originally told me, yet they have the audacity to charge me the same for making. It's absurd! They claim it's not about the gold weight, but it certainly seems like a blatant rip-off to me. Sure, their staff might act all pleasant and polite, which is the bare minimum you'd expect at a jewelry store, but they're utterly clueless about the whereabouts of my order, the reason for the delay, and they keep making false promises. Honestly, save yourself the headache and head over to Caratlane right next to Bluestone for more trustworthy service, actual commitment, and lower making charges. They won't leave you hanging for a month without answers and empty promises.

I had an awesome experience and the services provided were satisfactory. No compromise on quality and the prices are decent. Mr. Siddharth from the Vadodara Bluestone store was quite helpful with the product selection and purchase that helped me make a decent choice. I am really happy to make a purchase from bluestone.

This place is really amazing. The collection is marvelous and the staff is very welcoming. I was attended by siddharth and he was very attentive about my requirements and that helped me find what suited best for me. So kudos to him and the entire team.
