They do a splendid job in customer service. One of the rarest I have seen. Mr. Mani who attended me gave me a very connective & thoughtful service. Of all the Bluestone branches I have been to in Chennai, I would recommend you this one on account of a fine service.

While I admire their business policy, I wish they had more in-store collections. The trendy designs are surely eye catchy; matches my taste and preferences.

Worst Customer Service ... They expect the customer to buy on the spot if not they will be rude to customer.... One of the lady customer who was attending me was telling my husband that I don't understand the benefits of buying in Blue stone ... Another customer on asking about why making changes is high instead of convincing he is telling the customer very rudely to go for low making charges product as if that the customer can't afford the product she was looking for.... though they have valet parking the valet did not take the valet parking and asked the customer to park on own ....after this I went to tanishq with excellent service and ended up with 2 monthly schemes ...
