Omg! What can I say about bluestone and it's team, I mean they are fantabulous, the products are superb with amazing quality & unbelievable prices but the team is very generous & kind and super helpful. I was in a mess, stress, panicking situation, angry, upset and hurt, just due to a lil misunderstanding. But Dibyendu Panda has helped me throughout, he has been more than a great help to me, I can't thank him in words, I really appreciate his efforts and services he gave to me, and yes Nitin, he's such a sweetheart, ty from all my heart, for all ur amazing services, I really appreciate and respect the love and respect and awesome services been provided by u guys. A few days ago my sister and I visited the store to choose a ring. We opted for monthly plan and as it got matured we thought to buy a ring. The estimated delivery date was 28 August and we asked if they do the home delivery, they said yes. But it stills not delivered. The gold is also not worth buying on buying a 1-1.5 gram of ring in market you get it for 12-15k here at bluestone after applying too much of vouchers the charges are pretty high and too high making charges. Staff good at only store not on call, too irresponsible. They try to expire your vouchers and waste the money invested....
