BlueStays Hostel - Youth Hostel in Rishikesh - Pauri Garhwal, India

It was first time experience to stay at capsule hostel, it was quite good. Manager of the hostel was fantastic personality , he treated well and also suggest us to have river rafting ride. It was my first time when I jump into river I enjoyed lot of adventure. Special thanks goes to Hostel manager .

The welcome wasnt very nice though, but later on the next 3 days were really appreciable. Though it is based too inside and no connectivity is there, you have to have a rented scooty else you will have to walk a lot. But the hostel is too good, the ambiance, the safety, facilities etc. Everything is worthy

Very cooperative staff and also the head who manages with everything is warm, few things are there, like food services and lift... Overall a very good experience...Few amenities which I am positively looking forward to being getting installed/provided soon... Rest it's a very good place to stay and hang out.

I booked a dorm in 6 sharing dorm for myself and it was good. The bed was comfortable and AC, fan also were available and the room was clean. The owner and the staff were also good.

It has been a terrible experience for me. If I had an option to give negative ratings, I would have given -10 to this hotel. We have booked 5 dorm beds a week earlier from our booking date from hostel world by paying some amount and received the confirmation of the booking. However, when we reached the location, the hotel owner refused by saying that he had already cancelled and given the beds to other people as we didn't confirm. When we asked about our booking confirmation that we received from hostel world, he said since he didn't receive any payment from hostel world, he cancelled our booking. And when asked for refund, he told to connect with hostelworld and since there is no contact number of hostel world, we had to wait for their email response. This is a huge scam by the hotel owner and the hostelworld by making fool of people and taking their advantage. Worst experience ever. Hostelworld and blue stays, both are SCAMMERS. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS.

We spent 2 nights here and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of hotel is closed to many places like Ram jhula, Goa beach and many more. The ambience is very beautiful and the staff is doing a great service, quick check- in, clean rooms and beautiful view

Thanks for the warm welcome, sanjeev bhaiya who's the manager is very kind to the guest, he gives us family atmosphere. I stayed in a dormitory which was a great experience for me. Clean and hygienic place with friendly staff.Staff were amazing in the hotel. The rooms were very clean and the price was very reasonable

The hotel may be good for bachelors but not for families. It has good location near holy river Ganga. The best thing in hotel is the painting of Lord Shiva. No room service available here.
