Food was excellent. Room is small but its ok. The staff was helpful during cheak-in - cheak-out and room service and restaurant staff also very lovable. Location is good close to airport. My experience was good

Best price, best stay. Highly recommended for staying. Cost wise it's absolutely great hotel with complimentary breakfast. I loved staying here with my family.

This is the detailed feedback of my stay in Bluberry, Raipur. A big no for female travellers at this hotel The terrifying experience I had with this hotel I checked in on July 24, 2023, and I had a four-day booking with this hotel. Due to my work schedule, I reached the hotel at 10:00 p.m. I checked in to the room, and I found an awful smell. I had immediately informed the housekeeping person, and he said it would go away in some time. I generally check the locking system before getting settled, but I have realised there is no latch available to the door, and I couldn't lock the door. Just to inform you, at reception, I pick up the receiver of my landline and realise it's separated from the phone. I went downstairs to inform him of this, and he mentioned that this is our highest category. We will try to get it fixed. I was really tired; I had asked for another room. He refused to give the same answer when I raised my voice, and then he started checking for an alternate option. I had asked him to connect me with his higher authority. He refused at first, and then He connected with someone and started explaining to that person. I had asked the receptionist to help me connect with the person. The higher authority was trying to avoid conversation. Finally, I got a chance to speak, and he started giving some excuses. When I asked him his name, he felt offended, as if I had asked for some secret information. Finally, I got a replacement room, and I checked in to the new room. After a two-night stay, while leaving for work, the MD of that hotel came in front of me aggressively and forced me to come to his cabin for discussion. His approach was unprofessional, and he was also loud. A seventy-year-old Sardar person came in front of me and started abusing and shouting. He was angry because I had asked for his name over the call. While having a conversation, he pointed out my upbringing and also abused my parents for no reason. Considering the elderly person, I had control over my words, but I was not ok with my parents getting abused by a psycho. He treated me and my colleague during the argument. After all the heated conversation, he started saying I am an ex-general manager of some public sector company and also started cursing my company and its spending capacity. I have realised there is no point in having further discussion with this person. He said with a loud voice, I will pay back all your money. You leave my hotel now. I have never seen such an egoistic and arrogant person in the hospitality industry. I was getting late for my work, and I also had to travel to Bhillai location. My cab was waiting outside when I left for work. I had decided that I would communicate with my travel desk and leave this hotel today.

It's my own experience... Might be it will differ from your... Room quality is good, Hegin rooms, property is well maintained... Value for money... But the dary sides.... Restaurant is so bad... Food quality and test is pathetic... Don't take food from the restaurant... Day first i have order veg but I was not satisfied with the test... Than i think might be they are good in nonveg... So second day i have order nonveg than again it was not at all standard test... Third day i have order Chinese Cuisine... They are serving without sauces and other... Then I asked to the restaurant than they said.. Sir forget to serve you with sauces.. As per there menu they will not serve you if you asked them than common reply is.....sir not available or forget .....because just they want to make the money to not serve you properly. Complement break fast is also not good... Only they will give you limited option... Over all for stay it is good but don't try resturant... It was my experience... Now your turn..

It is an average nice hotel. Room was clean. It had all the basic necessities and requirements, like soap, lotions, AC, towels, and were all clean. AC was malfunctioning a bit though, it apparently stopped working sometime in the midnight and it was hot. Also there were a few mosquitoes. Although they was a mosquito repellent liquid in the room but I didn't use it because I don't like the smell and I did not expect that there will be mosquitoes. I don't know why, the receptionist asked me to vacate at 9 in the morning, I didn't mind as I had to leave anyway, but definitely not appreciated. They had complimentary breakfast too which was well and good. I would recommend this place.

one of the best hotel at prime location of VIP chowk. The food is really awesome, one must try chicken chilly. The taste is authentic.

Bang for buck. Location is great. You can go to any place with cheap sharing rickshaws available just outside the hotel

Worst dinner service ever.. staff was not listening for water also..
