Worst experience ever faced .. please don't ever book a yacht from them , Ms Tulsi is a big scammer , big sweet talker but eventually fooled us with the boat. They offered us a boat at a reasonable price and we had personally gone one day before to see the boat whatever they showed was very nice and hence we finalised but on the day of our sailing they gave us another boat , where the speakers were not working , the toilets were not clean there was no water and the motor was not even working it was only floating in the water and when we called miss tulsi to inform her about the issue she didn't even bother to answer or help us with this .. it was an horrible experience please please don't ever book a yacht from them it's a total waste of money and they are big fraudsters .

One of our best experiences ever, we celebrated our parents 30th anniversary on the yacht, and it was simply a wonderful experience. From the first time we met Sanjeev, to organizing little treats on the yacht, to the final experience of the yacht itself, everything was beyond our expectations. The yacht is well maintained, the service is splendid, while the best part was witnessing the sunset. Overall a great experience, will definitely come back to celebrate many more special occasions.

VERY BAD!! Don't book at any cost!! Their boats don't work!! They took us to a boat that wasn't working and left us there with a small baby!! This was the boat the lady recommended as their best even though it was more expensive than the others. They take money first and we kept calling them that the boat isn't working and were rescued an hour later. They completely ruined my husband's birthday! We had pre-ordered food that never reached us and we were hungry, thirst, stranded in the middle of the ocean on a boat that did not work and they couldn't find us. Horror story!!

We had a lovely time onboard the yacht. Ms. Tulsi is courteous to answer any queries that you may have, and the rest is up to you to soak in the atmosphere and have a pleasant time. My four-year-old enjoyed the most.

It was a lovely experience. This was my third experience with them. We all had a great evening. Got a good deal too. Ms Tulsi has been really helpful and sweet.

It was very special experience. Sailing in Yacht, cool breeze, romentic sunday evening. Timming on yacht and Decoration was just baloons, both has scope of improvement. Tulsi was very helpful. Overall its very nice experience, one must take with your loved once.

Great place to connect with nature,had a excellent and adventurous day,looking forward to more such fulfilled trip's. Well trained staff and owners take personal care of guests. Learned a trick or two about boat driving. Thanks Tulsi ,you made our day.

Absolutely hapless organization on Tulsi's part. a. NO receipt. b. no clear instructions for pick up at jetty. c. Tulsi claims it is the CUSTOMER's responsibility to coordinate with their motorboat driver. If the motorboat driver's phone is constantly busy, or he doesn't answer, Tulsi says "YOU call him." d. Refuses to answer your calls when you are totally stranded, claiming she is too busy to ensure her customer's get the service they paid for. e. After we made it to the sail boat ourselves, thanks to helpful bystanders at Gateway, she tells the boatman not to take us for a sale until we make the full payment (despite receiving 66% in advance for a service that would NEVER have materilaized if not for other NOT BLUE WHALE SAILING companies. Literally holds you at ransom until you give it back. If you are considering using Blue Whale, I would encourage you to think of literally any other option. They have absolutely no sense of accountability. Truly shocking behavior on Tulsi's part.
