Visited with family on 26th nov ..one of the worst resorts in virar .. condition of rooms were very bad with stinking bathrooms , food was too spicy so that people would eat less and was not good as well... Resort owners are making fool of the customers and not giving valued service ..

Be aware of Rikshawala. We wanted to go other resort but for their commission he convinced for blue wave resort. He said "this resort is best for family safety"etc.This resort is so bad. Low quality of slides, low quality of food. This happened in 2022. So friends pls fix your plan according to you not by what rikshawala. I hope this will help you.

It was OK OK. But I don't recommend this resort as not very clean and for breakfast there are only 2 options for food. And mostly in large rooms there is a dim light.

The place was good ,but the water was used is to much dangerous they used more than chlorine requirements. Because of that me and my friends and family suffer more skin issues . Best part is i love the kheer & tea and coffee The food was taken only one time offer they served. I think they should not apply this thing.... Food taste was not that good i give 4/10 rating for food.. There are not much inaf rides as sone in the website. For small children this resort is to nice . But for adults its not that enjoy able and wave Poole is so small . One of the slides they need to do maintenance . because i got hurt from one slide ..!!!

The water in the swimming pool is very dangerous. The food quality is not good and the slides in the resort are very few and small. The staff of the resort has no sense of how to deal with customers. I didn't like it. The rest is up to you.

There is no proper maintenance of the corridor, stinks like anything.... There is no availability of dustbins in the rooms...... No proper maintenance of the bathroom....... No maintenance and cleanliness of the water pools...... The food provided was not worth eating at all

Ok-ish waterpark. 1. Rides are very less and not good. 2. Too much chlorine in water, not very cleaned, my eyes started paining after sometime. 3. Wave pool seems to be hit and miss, and it's timings is only 15 min, 2 times in the day. 4. Food is eatable, not good not bad. 5. Spoons and plates are also not cleaned.

Blue wave is a Worst resort I ever seen, the pools were so dirty, when we ask on call about pick n drop they said about mini bus but when we reached over virar station they ask to seat in a yellow public service bus and the bus was too dirty seats, congested after that we ask about this scam they start shouting on our people and they were not accepting their fault. We suggest you not you go blue wave resort....money waste
