Excellent ambience for sipping a cup of coffee!! Their sourdough breads are a must try,also love their coffee pancake and grilled chicken sandwich.. the service is on point! They've got these really interesting blue ceramic cups/mugs and the wooden chairs and tables add to the ambience!

WoW! It was an excellent experience. Coffee was super good. The sandwich was also good. Liked the gesture from store manager and the barista. They checked couple of times to understand if the Coffee and food was as per my expectations. This was my fist visit here and enjoyed every bit of it. I also liked their menu card. Highly recommended

Beautiful little cafe nestled cozily in the corner of VR Mall. I like their ultramarine crockery. I am so crazy for it that I could end up buying it. I was planning to come here for a while now, for years to be honest. I have been to VR Mall so many times, and at tea time too..but every cafe has a calling and this one did not have it for me back then. It seems 2023 was the year. On a particularly scorching hot afternoon, I opted for a very unique Chilli Cinnamon Mocha. I still remember the feeling of Chilli playing at the back of my throat. I could feel Chilli, Cinnamon and Coffee separately and pleasantly, which I think is the success of this coffee. Since it was a weekend, it was chaotic, but the smile on the guys waiting at the table never wavered. They have a very beautiful menu card which has a nicely illustrated coffee guide for you, so that you can make an informed decision. There's a small shelf where they have kept their eye-catching merchandise for sale. Everything's well thought out. How you are treated, how you spend your waiting period and how your coffee experience is. This is the cafe one could end up going to again and again. I know I will.

Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters has been on my long list of cafes to try and on a recent impromptu visit to VR Mall I ended up here to quench my caffeine thirst. Ordered a Vietnamese Iced Coffee that was ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. Let me explain, the sweetness cutting through the acidic bitterness of the coffee with the right temperature to hold and to drink, this balance in a cup is something that exceeded my expectations. It is hard to perfect and most cafes get it horribly wrong. Just to ensure that it was not a fluke attempt by the barista, I walked in here again a few days later, after a movie in the adjacent Phoenix. I ordered the same, this time a large size and it was that perfection replicated beautifully. The pricing is premium, it is Rs240+ taxes for a small and Rs260+ taxes for a large, and having tried both the sizing options, I feel it is still inadequate quantity, but highly recommended if quality is what you are after. I can't wait to try their other coffee variants in cold and hot combinations and the food they offer. And I discovered that they deliver too, and let's see how that experience goes when I get to order, hopefully soon.

I've been travelling to BLR for work over the last few months. And frequenting this Blue Tokai location a fair bit. The thing that stands out the most to me is the staff and their friendly demeanor. Everybody on the staff tries to ensure that all customers enjoy the time they spend at the cafe and leave happy & satisfied. The food and beverages are all good too, with the Iced Cappuccino and Smoked Chicken Salad being my favorite. Every time I visit, I look forward to spending time here, getting a coffee, reading or getting some work done. All 5 Stars!!

Before coming to food, the most important thing about this joint is staff. They really do their best to make you feel at home, offer best choices which includes possible customisations according to customer needs. If they really treat this as any business, they don't need to care but here, they do! I had Veggie sandwich with chilli cinnamon mocha. Both are just great but this isn't the first time I am visiting here. So, you know I just love coming back to this joint whenever I visit VR Mall.

Atmosphere is good. Place is classy and ambience is descent. Coffees are really good in taste. Food menu is less but quality is great. Ambience: Coffee: Food: Staff: Price: (crazy because it's classy)

You can't go wrong with Blue Tokai. Impeccable coffee menu with some great food. The shop is located right at the entrance of the VR Mall. It's got some good seating arrangement and almost each table (the ones against the wall) has a power point that you can use to changer your devices while you work or hang with friends. If you are going here for the first time, don't forget to try their Vietnamese Iced Coffee (they use their cold brew instead of an espresso). You can buy from their wide selection of beans. They also grind the coffee fresh as per your requirements. Jagan was great with his service and quite prompt.
