Great coffee. Love the espresso of the month concept. Each of them has a different flavour. Also love their Vietnamese iced coffee, tastes really good and looks even better. The best thing about the place though, is the very affordable price, compared to the amazing coffee they offer.

In Bangalore, Blue Tokai and Third Wave were the ones who started commercialization of specialty coffee, and have my respect as brands. But, the quality of service and coffee at Blue Tokai has deteriorated over the years and I think the quality of baristas has gone down as well. The Koramangala brand cafe is usually overcrowded on weekends and finding space is hard. The staff are not that helpful as well, probably overworked. The coffees were ordered and arrived leisurely in 30 mins. A cinnamon Mocha and pour over with their coffee of the week blend. Both were not well made. The coffee foam was uneven, evident of an inexperienced Barista. The pour over was a bit over extracted The butter croissant was of average quality and tiny. The paprika chicken sandwich was decent. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it. Smaller brands are doing better coffees at similar or lesser prices, excellent service and food to match.

The food is brilliant. Coffees are great. Lot of options from breakfast to main course as well. The location is noisy and they keep the door open, making it worse. The ambience fails to be a premium coffee shop. The service really needs to improve, horrible coordination and time taken for service. The staff is friendly but lack training. The toilets are pathetic

Nice place to have your coffee.. dont expect any cream in the coffee but condensed milk and ice cream scoop will be there.. pancakes are nice and the menu is affordable considering the quality.

Lot of Blues in Blue Tokai.!! Coffee is great. Ice mocha was not up to the mark. The Outdoor seating arrangements are good. The ambience fails to be among the premium cafe. Service is too slow and pathetic. There is no co ordination, had to wait more than 10 mins to get a glass of water also. Staff seems to be humble but lack of training. Hope things get better when we visit next time.

Nice ambience with well spaced seating both indoor and outdoor. Croissants were flaky, buttery deliciousness. The cappuccino coffee was strong and good. They had limited food items to order from. There was a friend who didn't drink tea/coffee in our group, there not much for her to drink. It would be great if the had some juice at least.
