Blue Tokai Galleria: Where the coffee is good, the Wi-Fi is spotty, and the people are sometimes noisy (Don't hang out in groups please). But the high stools are nice. 1. Ambiance Blue Tokai Galleria is a two-story cafe in Delhi NCR, India. It's a great place to read a book, work, or catch up with friends (but not in groups, please. They're too loud). The cafe has both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating has a great view of Cross Point Mall and Galleria, but I prefer to sit inside because of the high air pollution levels in Delhi NCR. 2. Food and Drinks I've tried the brownie, paneer wrap, and mix sauce penne pasta at Blue Tokai Galleria, and they're all good. I also love their Americano, both iced and hot. Their Vietnamese coffee is also delicious. 3. Wi-Fi and Ergonomics The cafe has free Wi-Fi, but the speed could be better. The high stools and chairs are also better ergonomically than the flimsy ones most Indian employers offer. Overall Blue Tokai Galleria is a good place to go for a coffee or a bite to eat. Just don't come in a group, and don't say hi to me if you see me there. I'm a stranger.

Expensive but everything is good. We had a hot chocolate, mushroom cheese something and something something chicken salad. The food, and the ambience were great. Grateful to be able to afford eating here. A lot of people work remotely from here. Charging sockets in every wall.

Self Service Place with Charging Points. One can sit for 3-4 hours and relax. Coffee is as usual amazing. I also tried Paprika and Smoked Chicken Sandwiches both were good. Only bad part is sandwich options are not there. I wanted multi-grain bread. Outdoor seating is also possible.

Perfect ambience and seating, both indoor and outdoor. Wide variety in menu, worth the money spent for the taste, quantity and service. Enjoyed the time spent here.

I recently visited this place and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my disappointment with others to help set realistic expectations. Firstly, the service was extremely poor. The staff members were not only unhelpful but also displayed rudeness towards us. We were asked to change tables without any valid reason, which was quite off-putting. Their lack of professionalism left a negative impression. Additionally, I was surprised by the staff's lack of knowledge regarding the ongoing offers. It's essential for the employees to be well-informed about their own promotions to assist customers effectively. Unfortunately, that was not the case here, and it resulted in confusion and wasted time. One aspect that particularly bothered me was the quality of the cups when ordering through their app. Despite placing an order in advance, the coffee was served in cheap cardboard cups, which significantly impacted the overall experience. It's disappointing to see a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for customers who prefer ordering via the app. Overall, I regret to say that my visit to Blue Tokkai was marred by poor service, staff incompetence, and a lack of consideration for customer experience. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works towards improving the overall quality of their service.

Whenever I come to Gurgaon I make it a point to visit Blue Tokai to have my favourite Americano. The coffee is excellent the take away cup is of top quality and it costs only Rs170 whereas Starbucks charges Rs275 for the similar coffee. I visited the Galleria Market outlet which was very nice and spacious.

NOT A PET FRIENDLY CAFE Manager misbehaved with me. Well, I have enjoyed other outlets of Blue Tokai thoroughly but this one was a bummer all because of the manager Mr. Rajendra. On Sunday morning, otw back from farm I decided to check out this outlet and have a cup of coffee. Once I reached the outlet I asked the team if pets were allowed and can I get 2 of my cats. They said we welcome pets. Both my cats were well loved at the cafe by customers who clicked pictures and were giggling at the site of 2 cuties hopping around the cafe. However, within 20 minutes the manager walked in (late, as the rest of the staff was already on duty) and started bossing me around. To my surprise, he picked up on 1 of my cats simply sniffing around the packed foods shelf, the cat didn't touch it, the cat didn't even try to open it. He came up to me and very rudely asked me to leave (as if he was the one paying for my beverage and croissant). While so, I obliged and decided to leave in just a minute after taking a last sip of my coffee. I was not allowed to do that. None of the customers complained about my cats, the manager has an APREHENSION that customers might object and he would be answerable. If the chap is so scared of being accountable I am of the view that he should be removed from the post.
