I recently visited Blue Tokai, and while I acknowledge its potential for growth and development, my overall experience fell short of expectations. Known for their exceptional coffee and food, this particular outlet failed to provide the warm and inviting atmosphere I have come to associate with the brand. Here's a breakdown of my visit: Ambiance: Unfortunately, the cafe lacked the inviting ambiance that I have experienced at other Blue Tokai locations. The atmosphere felt somewhat cold and impersonal, leaving much to be desired in terms of comfort and coziness. Service: The staff's training and courtesy left room for improvement. It seemed that they could benefit from better training to ensure a more customer-oriented approach. The lack of attentiveness and overall politeness detracted from the overall experience. This is does not apply for all the staff but for a few among them. Food and Coffee: The one shining aspect of my visit was the quality of the food and coffee. Blue Tokai is well-known for their excellent coffee, and it lived up to its reputation at this location as well. The food, too, was commendable and met my expectations in terms of taste and presentation. Service Incident: Regrettably, my experience was marred by an incident that occurred during my visit. Despite specifically ordering a combo, I did not receive the combo. To add to the disappointment, I was later asked to pay extra for the item. This lack of attention to detail and the subsequent inconvenience significantly impacted my overall perception of the cafe. In conclusion, Blue Tokai has the potential to become a great cafe, but there are several areas that need improvement. While the coffee and food were commendable, the lackluster ambiance, poorly trained staff, and the service mishap prevented me from giving it a higher rating. I sincerely hope that Blue Tokai addresses these issues to provide a better experience for future customers.

Me and my family's decided to go to Blue Tokai - Chembur - for breakfast and we had really high hopes for a warm, inviting experience, yet it fell drastically short. The service was disappointingly slow, and the person at the counter seemed disinterested, radiating a cold attitude. The melancholic music contributed to an atmosphere reminiscent of a desolate tunnel. To add to the dismay, the food arrived cold, turning what could have been a pleasant Sunday morning into a regrettable waste of time. The management of this place seriously needs to take stock of the service and staff.

Excellent coffee by Blue Tokai & incredible bread & baked goods from Suchali's Artisanal Bakehouse. You can learn about coffee harvesting, roasting and flavor development from the experts at Blue Tokai. Staff is extremely warm & welcoming. Love visiting this place. Perfect for a coffee date or brunch. Can't wait to visit again. Highly recommend it!

Away from the hustle bustle of everyday life, situated in a quite place inside a residential complex this blue tokai outlet is perfect for all coffee lovers who want to sip their coffee and read a book or just enjoy your coffee in silence. We had ordered their new triuccino (3flavoured coffee) which was too good! A must try! For desserts we ordered salted caramel cookie and chocolate croissant. The cookie was super soft with the perfect blend of chocolate. Croissant was average. Loved this new outlet in chembur , deonar! A must try for breakfast or evening coffee breaks.

Great Food! The toasted Everything bagel with cream cheese is probably the best thing I've had till date. Good quality and quantity of servings here. Club that with a chill vibe, Blue Tokai is a must visit for all foodies!

This was long due on my list since I first heard about them from one of my friend, and trying their "mixed easy brewing bags" from their online store, it was on my to visit cafe, long over due finally got chance to visit this small, compact and cozy yet absolutely exciting and amazing Coffee Rosters and cafe. If you are fan of coffee, learn or excited to know about coffees, brewing it and learning how to make a perfect way this could be a small task you could add to your experience. Located in slightly "inside" building but can be found on Google Maps with proper instructions, Pro tip- it is located in compounds of Apollo Hospital. Great Coffee, amazing food, must try their Croissants, exceptionally well made. They also let you take the tour for "Bean to cup" experience. Where you see the roasting machines, their beans from different estates across India, packaging unit, I was very excited to see the whole process while drinking the freshly made Cortado(A cortado is a consisting of espresso mixed with a roughly equal amount of warm milk to reduce the acidity. The milk in a cortado is steamed, but not frothy and "texturized") served in small kind of Tapti Cup Style cup. I got know more details about coffee and the whole process. I ended my tour and experience with friendly service and yummiest Salted Chocolate Cookies! I highly recommend it if you really not a fan of SB and don't want to spend so much money on a cup of coffee but you still love to explore coffees! Another good blue Tokai coffee shop in chembur after visiting the bandra branch a million times!! It would be a little hard for a newbie to get here without the GPS as it is located well inside deonar depot! People might get confused like me as it is one gate before Apollo hospital in chembur! If you wanna come here, just check Apollo hospital near deonar depot and Bamnmm you are here!! You will see a brown door with a circular glass and blue Tokai menu mentioned which will help you get in! This shop is quiet bigger than the bandra one!! Coffee tastes good! If you come here by 7 am you will be all by yourself and it's quiet and comfortable inside with lots of seating for your gossips Attaching pictures for reference
