I'm absolutely disgusted by this place. The Google reviews of this place confuse me so much. I came here with my partner and scheduling was easy. I'm only giving it 2 stars due to the effort of the massage therapist. The rooms were beyond disgusting. The robe, and towels were gross and damp!! The shower was so disgusting I almost threw up. The water leaked into the room everywhere. The towels actually had black stuff marks on them. The room didn't even have a bin. I'm utterly surprised this place has a license to run. I believe in sustainability but the footwear left in the room was a terrible concept. I'm pretty sure I'm going to get a fungal infection from laying on those towels and using that footwear. I wouldnt have even started the massage had they not already collected the money. Hideous. Please run.! If you care even a tad bit about hygiene.

Her level of expertise and skill was evident from the very beginning. She listened attentively to my concerns and tailored the treatment to address my specific needs. Ruth's techniques were not only effective but also delivered with precision and care. What stood out to me the most was the exceptional level of politeness displayed by the staff. Everyone, including Ruth, was courteous, accommodating, and ensured that I was comfortable throughout my entire visit. I highly recommend Blue Tetra Spa for anyone seeking a top-notch spa experience. Their staff, especially therapist Ruth, exemplify professionalism, skill, and exceptional customer service. I give them a well-deserved 5-star rating

It was an amazing experience! We recieved a couples massage. 75 hour massage where they bend your legs like a pretzel and stretch you before rubbing your whole body. We then recieved a 20 minute scrub and we washed all of the toxins off of our body in a great shower after the scrub. The green tea including dried fruit and nuts helped cleanse our bodies (I recommend adding honey to the green tea). Re comment: our massage bed had holes for our heads.

Well the reviews were pretty good, however my experience not so much. Firstly it was a task to get to speak to them coz the phones are not reachable and the website for some reason doesn't work, but the worst was the massage bed. The most uncomfortable bed, it doesn't even have the hole for your head. Went in trying to get my back and shoulder sorted but came out worse coz of the bed. You guys charge a decent sum, please get a proper massage bed.

Had a great experience with therapists Ruth and Sonika ..me and my sis took belanese spa and foot massage..Junaid was extremely accomodative and courteous..he even helped us with our luggage when we were struggling to manage due to our travel sched..highly recommended..

It my first time with this spa bcz of my husband , he decided to give me this surprise spa treatment. The aroma and the vibe of the spa was amazing specially My therapist Ruth she was extremely good and and polite lady i hv ever seen.. must recommended girls and ladies u should give a try to this spa

Good therapists. Specially Tete the masseuse is really good. She knows the pressure points and the pressure needed. One of the best sessions I've had are with her. Highly recommended.
