Room is dirty. Toilet don't work well. Sliding Cupboard don't move freely. Struggled to move the sliding doors. They advertised that breakfast food is included (charged Rs300 per person for breakfast) but when reached the apartment, they told that they will give a voucher for a street shop (nearby) which costs roughly Rs100. If you book room, don't book with breakfast. For additional bed they gave thin mattress and a thin pillow instead of a bed and charged Rs500 per night. No soap, paste and toiletries. They charges are like a good hotel in city centre.They They put a Lawyer name board infront of the apartments to threaten(?) the guests. Bit worried to give honest feedback as the lawyer may sue me. Generally the manager is very nice, good & honest person but his hands are tied. The manager helped a lot for 3 days stay. The message is written to the apartment owner to make improvements(There are good foldable beds available in market. I alone paid Rs 7500 for 3 days. You should give a good bed for the guests who need additional bed and clean the room daily)
It's a ok place for the rates that they are providing the rooms...Food not available.. bathroom fittings very old and not working properly..

Decent place. Time taken to checkin is very long. The owner is always away and checks his account and confirms roy he person at the Reception. The person At the Reception is dumb. Attention to customers at the time Of checkin needs immediate attention.
The worst service apartment I've ever been to. The hospitality of the receptionist is very disrespectful. Threatening to call the cops for coming after 6pm. The most annoying fact was the way he treated his guests , always imposing new rules. No freedom to enjoy with your friends. I No maintenance of the room. Not worth the rate at all.
The place is quite but I didn't like the services very much. I was offered a room which looked churning. Few things I didn't like are- towel with spots, dirty glasses, no in-house laundry, even an iron. People are very supportive and helpful.
Nice and clean rooms. Would have been better if they used electric heater. Besides, please put a guy in the reception always. Location was good. Other facilities like lift, A/C were all good
Worst ...no room service, not even water will be served in room. uncomfortable to stay with family,service apartment is filled with bachelor accommodation. Bugs on beds.dirty washrooms. No lift ,no parking.unserviced air conditions. If u want to take some revenge on ur relatives u can book this room for them.
