The arrangements were superb since boarding then check in to hotel and timely daily pick up and patiently waiting driver at return from. Sight seeing, food arrangements, trouble shooting and responsiveness and finally easy check out and drop to airport . All in all very smooth and happy experience for my family of 4.

In November of last year, our group of 13-14 people embarked on a fantastic journey to Singapore and Bali from Bhavnagar. We had an absolute blast! This was my 2nd tour with Blue Sky Holidays. The first one was Singapore+Malaysia+Cruise and now Dubai. And I must say each time I had a great experience. From organization of the tour to food, to coverage of places everything was very smooth and convenient. They have budget friendly tour packages. It was our 1st international trip (Thailand) & good that we had booked it through Blue Sky Holidayz. Harshad bhai & Bharat bhai were always available on call & they helped us whenever we needed them. Their local guide Sam made sure all the arrangements from Cab to sightseeing were proper & even helped me get back my missing phone. Overall the whole experience was Great & Hassle free.

Our trip to Singapore with cruise was booked with Blue Sky holidays...one of the worst experience with no hospitality shown. Very bad way of handling clients and the most rude way. Never returned us money for the things committed nor provided service to us for pick up and drop. We had to do lot of things on our own. Didn't even had the courtesy to pick up calls while on tour Will never recommend anyone with this tour operator We ended up paying higher amounts due to mistake of Mr. Harshad where in quotation shared with us they said visa charges included and then refrain from their commitment and we ended paying a higher charge Mistakes done: 1. Booked a wrong hotel at Singapore and never communicated to us except a day before going for the trip and then when we said we need our original hotel toh he was rude in saying this is the hotel I can book . Take it or leave it . This is the way he speaks 2. Made me sit three hours on final day at his office for vouchers he didn't provide me. 3.ended up paying 20k more for charges which were included in my quote 4. Committed to reimburse me conveyance for pick up drop which he didn't provide me at last minute and till date 5 months gone by didn't even bothered to give me

We had a fantastic tour well organized by blue sky holidays in baku. Everything was perfect from hotel to Mercedes sprinter for sight seeing personal guide throughout to explore the beautiful baku..we took all meals included that was a bit repetitive but tasty. Overall a great trip thx to blue skyz..we made lovely memories.
