The rooms are of decent size but do not look that good. The rooms need more maintenance. Staff are very nice. Swimming pool is of good size and location on the rooftop but very dirty with insects all over on one side. However, it is GREAT for its price and definitely good for a short visit for a day just to rest your head. It is extremely cheap. It's also an apartment so you can rent 4 rooms to stay altogether with your family.

Behaviour of all staff's are really good, they're very cooperative, it's on the 5th floor of a building but lift is available here. Rooms are good, you will get breakfast for 100 INR per person, but there is no facilities for lunch and dinner. Tea and coffee will be available for whole day and believe me it's really very good in taste.

I personally really liked location because of Surroundings(Mango Trees) , Calm and Peace ! Natural Environment ! Perfect Hospitality given by Hotel Staff! "The Personal Attention!!! Very gOOd Rooms with all basic amenities, i.e AC, Geyser, TV and Toiletries!!! Cleanliness is OK , Enough Hygienic. Value for money ..... Book through OYO to get more Discount! "PocKet FrieNdly" They are very strict for UnMarried Couples.... I can recommend this Hotel to everyone except UMC !!!!!!!

The place is very good but the service is here not good. rooms are ok, the price is a little bit high. otherwise, the view is mindblowing in the day and night both and the location is superb, as it has hospitals, airport, restaurants in the locality.

We were denied a booked room . Reason given was that we seemed young and unmarried. Although we provide all identification to the owner including passports id cards adhar card etc we were still denied the room. We even showed pictures of our 6 year old son. We had to complain to the police. Only after compliant OYO provided a room in a different hotel. The owner of this place discriminated against us as we were obviously not Muslims. The hotel is in a Muslim area and i think the owner is also a Muslim and just used an excuse to deny us the room. OYO must remove this property from it's list as it discriminates after booking is taken. We had just driven 500 km from puri. Still even after seeing my age 43 and my wife's age 34 on the passport and seeing our sons photos they asked us to prove we were a couple. The owner had an obvious smirk on her face and pretended that all people who came here produced marriage certificate. Avoid this place and if OYO does not remove this property they are also conniving in this discriminatory practice

Rooms are tiny, different from what is there in app. Location is very outskirt and roads are not good enough, so commute is difficult. On first day WiFi was not working and since it's in outskirt, mobile network is also very pathetic. AC was also not working properly. Disappointed

The location was quiet and amongst lush greenery. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staffs are cooperative and polite. The food could be better. Overall a good experience in the price range.

Very nice and cheap place to stay near newtown area of Kolkata... Clean and cosy place... Well behaving staff members... Only downside is it's a bit outside the city...
