I have visited for regular health check up as my company has tie-up with the hospital. All facilities are not available in the hospital. Ultrasound facilities not available here. After check up they have not provided my original check up reports and also not received on mail. Finally I am thinking now why I wasted my 6 hours there if I am not able to see my reports.
This is the worst nursing home in Cuttack. I would not recommend anyone to go to this place. The nursing staff here are not trained at all. They amount they charge is more than 10 times that of the service they provide.
Worst experience ever the doctor here doesn't seem to be responsible or is on time and even the nurses and receptionist behaviour is not good. Does the Doctor or the hospital thinks only they are busy ? And we don't have anything to do ?
Hospitality is very good. Really DR Pradhan is second God. All hospital staff behaves like their own family except one sweeper, who's behaviour is so ridiculous and irritating. Special thanks to Dr Pradhan, kuni, Ritu and suchi and team.
Truly saying they are best for medicine and heart disease and surgery. Gone for my mother fluid in stomach for treatment healed appreciable quick in 6days. All the Doctor and staff including staff nurses are well behaved they are caring. Very good service people say the hospital is money making machine but i will tell it is value for money. Patient recovery is sure. Best treatment lowest price thanks.

My grand daughter priyal was admitted in this hospital with recommendation of Dr subal pradhan nephrology pediatrician cuttack on 25/07/ 2020.After twenty hours from admission the staff of the hospital unable top draw blood sample for investigation .Then baby is screaming with pain & struggled ,but neither Dr. nor any staff attend to relief her .Dr pradhan is diverted my phone at that time.Due to negligence of Dr & Staff we lost our baby on26/07/2020 night.This is very unbearable pathetic moment & worst experience of my family.Here service mentality is zero,only business.Staffs are not co-operative,unprofessional,unkindness,carelessness .I do not recommend anybody for treatment under the circumstances,because patient's life is unsafe here .
