I would say a decent place, just because of the location. Pros 1 and 2 : location, taste of food Cons 1 and 2: our rooms were changed midnight as electricity connection was disrupted, staff was not courteous enough to help in luggage shifting, we had to do on our own, infrastructure in rooms were mediocre. Cons 3 : simple food items were expensive with skyrocket prices, though somewhere this is understandable because of the remote location Cons 4: Road to the hotel was awful, can be improved by the hotel itself to increase their customer experience, but as we see these days all business owners are just money minded and forget the core of business about customer service Overall i still give a 4 rating just because of the location of the resort. Beach and lagoon views are stunning.

This resort was amazing. We stayed here for a week and the service was amazing!! Good food and drinks!! Thumps up for Raj and David and the whole entire staff!! The room was very clean and the view was wonderful!! We go back for sure to that place iff we are coming back to GOA!! Thank you so much to make or week one of the best!!

Remote hideout with superb location directly between the beach and a little lagoon. The lagoon offers perfect swimming opportunities, you can also rent kayak. The rooms are great, we had a house with amazing views onto the beach and all the comfort needed. The service was especially nice and the food great.

If you are looking for Remote location for weekend this is the great one to spend But reach there before noon. If renting a car prefer AWD. Staff is ok but not great rudeness can be seen. you can bring your own liquor or its available there. look out for kids as there isn't any fence or safety be cautious on nights. No network Wifi is available.

Why claim it to be 3 star? Bathrooms are horrible. Food is just average. Hospitality and service are laughable. When our driver asked for seat cushions for the hard, low wooden benches they claim as seats in the dining area, the staff were extremely rude and said "kaha sey aaye hai yeh log" as if we couldn't understand hindi. What a bummer! Couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Hidden Gem Of South Goa, Great place for overnight stay, they provide authentic Goan food with Alcohol, Must Visit Place, please try kayaking near the resort it is great experience.

The location is beautiful as it is beachfront, but the food is quite disappointing. We only visited the restaurant, and fortunately, we didn't plan to stay here.

The place is simply heaven. You will have beach view right from room to dining area. The property have huts by the sea. Food is awesome. Perfect place to visit as a couple. The beach is so clean you can't stop yourself to go for a walk. The wave sound will scare you a bit at night time.
