Had an amazing experience. Ambience is good.Staff is professional and aware of their job. Had ordered Chicken dum Biryani , chicken 65. Both were super delicious. It does feel a little suffocating being in a busy area . But overall a good restaurant.
Appearance can be deceiving and that's exactly what I experienced. While the food was good, service was pathetic. 1. Long waiting time: Each dish took so long, right from soup, starters till handing over finger bowl and bill. How can you delay finger bowls? Doesn't need any preparation time 2. Unhygienic: Carpet might have been last cleaned years ago, my friend's kid walked a little without footwear and feet became darker than their carpets. No wonder they have dim lights to cover it up! The waiter initially placed the starter bowl on my plate while serving others, then took the second starter dish and was about to serve it on the same plate, I gently refused and asked for a new one. 3. Greedy waiter: Towards the end while paying the bill, he insisted on a tip, so I wanted to round off 5220 to 5300 but he started bargaining and asked for more, so had to swipe 5440. Never beg for tips, it should be a free will of the customer to decide. Hoping the management would take this feedback and work on it!

We went here for lunch. Very bad experience. My mom, sis,me, uncle, and his friend and all of us got severe food poisoning after having lunch here. Would not recommend this place. It's not safe. No point crying later. I heard another news that they were serving old meat so thought of posting this review as well. Be careful.

Staff is too much involvement with customers not giving privacy. We stayed till 11 pm and they switched off AC. Waiters are rude. Staff started smoking!! Bad service and management. They are extremely rude!! Do not go! I don't recommend!
