Good ambience and one of the best restaurant in neyveli... Try single tea....Go for it

When I was a small boy this is the best hotel in neyveli which is famous for both veg and nonveg but nowadays very worst hospitality food are not that much taste Cost are so high not interest to go another time Especially if we buy full thanduri or grill chicken they are providing a small amount of minous for extra they are charging so they should develop they want to rework on their food taste prefer to go with ur friends only

Tried mutton briyani here first time along with chicken 65 and netholi fish fry . Yummy

Staff are rude and work like they don't bother. We ordered butter naan, plain naan and billed butter naan . When we asked he said why we didn't say before we consume. We order mushroom Manchurian dry he gave semi gravy and justify as that's is dry will come like that also the next table order same they got dry when we ask he replied as they ask for machureien fry, as if we never had mushroom machureien..what the hell. Finally thought to have badam milk he said can go out to the shop and drink there itself rather sit and drink here. When the bill arrived we asked for explaining the table cleaning staff came together to justify. It's not blue diamond it's a fake diamond. We saw the owner standing outside but we didn't get feedback as he was busy also. Need to look into the staff attitude

In AC Hall, We tried paneer sandwich, peri peri fries, both are average. Attached photo not taken at a barber shop, it was taken inside blue diamond restaurant! It was bunch of hairs. We had tea @ Single Tea, taste was worst. Later we saw these hairs under the table, we cancelled the Shawarma order and left.

Food was okay compared to other restaurants actually. I gave especially two stars because of the fried rice and noodles they serve there. There is no chicken pieces in fried rice or noodles, But need to pay a amount which it doesn't serve. The portion size of gravies were also small. The amount paid is not worth for the quantity we receive.

Food is better compared to other restaurants. But still not upto th Mark and service is literally chaos when there is crowd and the entire place is too small. When all the seats are full the place it literally congested that you won't even find place to walk. Can improve.
