staff is nice. they should improve tacking service. My passport were shown in transit although they arrived two days in advance

Blue dart delivery is such a great delivery service my order just came after 4 days , which is good , their customer service is too good they talk to you gently and also resolve your problem

Worst service. I ordered a product from Mi and it was dispatched by Blue Dart. The product is lying in their warehouse they are not taking it out for delivery and posting false status. First they posted that consignee address is untraceable. Courier Guy never contacted me on phone. I made many calls with request to deliver it promptly I also told my second mobile no and updated 2 landmarks. Now they are showing that necessary charges are pending with consignee. Courier Guy never came to me nor contacted me and Blue Dart has pending charges what a joke. I wonder how this company is doing business? I am sharing screenshot of status. Pls check.
