As i m outside country and will not be reachable on my registered number, Customer care is also not providing delivery boy number, worst experience. Its on completely luck if my parcel get delivered to my home.
These people are FRAUD...address not found is their standard excuse for delayed delivery...

The address provided is not correct. The office is located at Kantatoli road. Go from kokar chawk towards Kantatoli chawk. There is a office of JCB almost 0.5 kms before Kantatoli chawk. The Bluedart office is located there. The office staff were helpful. I am giving 2 because the delivery boy didn't try to deliver the item. He shall have called me at least few times to get the location.
