I had a package shipped to me through BlueDart, and the tracking information showed that it was out for delivery. I waited all day, but the delivery never came. I called customer service, and they said that the delivery agent had been unable to find my address. I was very disappointed, especially since I had paid for express shipping.

Bluedart is premium courier service provider adn charges are bit higher because of good service. but few office staff member/delivery boys behave rude with you. Their staff doesnt care for service. Owner need to work on their employees behavior towards customers.
Everytime I received parcel From bluedart, Valsad bluedart agent call me and advice to pickup the parcel From office, everytime they refused to deliver package to my Home adress, that's very disappointing, what a meaning of this, I'm very unhappy about your services in Valsad area, do needful for this.
