Good service , they were able to transport my mobile from Mumbai to Mangalore at Rs 340 .. they were kind enough to pack the mobile properly and also took a declaration from me that it contains a phone and its present value . Also they ask me to sigm a declaration stating that they will not be responsible for any transit damage , i was not worried since the phone was in original pack and it got packed well at the store ... They claim it will reach in 3 days , i have to wait and see when it will reach

Website does not let you arrange for a pick up just bcos you are an individual. Their toll free number becomes a special number for the telecom operator who charged Rs.50/- for all the calls. The shipment finally sent cost Rs. 350/-. + phone charge of Rs.50/-. Not wise to operate in this fashion or like the govt, steal like this.
Poor service, lying on the status Poor service. I ordered something delivered to my home, received a call from the service and they mentioned it would be delivered but didn't and they refuse to answer my calls. But the tracking status says 'Consignee Unavailable', which is definitely not the case. It's even more difficult to contact them arranging another delivery. The delivery boys are misbehaving.
