Very worst service. Delivery agent had called me up and when i called he never answered phone and when i rescheduled through portal it said rescheduled but again delivery is closed on what reason i don't know

Worst service, wrong updates will flow in the system as they are lazy to deliver.they will take their own sweet time for delivery though everyday one message will trigger that it is out for delivery. Customers who want service immediately can avoid this service definitely with out even thinking much.
I mentioned my address(Staying from last 30 Years in centre of kadapa) correctly, the delivery guy called me after 7pm and said will deliver tomorrow, and they updated the tracking as "Address is in correct" and after i enquiring the same, they came next day and delivered without any issues. Same thing happening from last 5 yrs again and again. Many times i went to physical shop and collected my courier. Worst management. Blue Dart company should cancel franchise to this particular team.
Worst service ever, they took 400 rupees as delivery charge for a single delivery. It is way too much. Please do not trust their service. This is just money minded company. Rather go for other delivery service like xpressbees,
Even though I mentioned my address correctly the delivery team couldn't able to deliver my courier on-time. And they didn't even tried to reach out to my contact. After rigorous follow-up I received my courier 15 days later, which is not at all expected from a so called world leader in delivery. I strongly suggest go with our local vendors and avoid DHL kadapa.

The behavior of delivery guy is very rude. I raised complaint but no action taken. Whoever facing issues with ekart, do one thing. Order from flipkart with COD and cancel it at time of delivery. Spread this to everyone and lets teach them a lesson. T
