Contact no not working, negligence in delivering.

Way of receiving the customer is not good

Didn't receive any call from the blue dart team , my courier is returned back ,and worst response from the blue dart local team

Blue Dart take a action against this local franchise, they never delivery the courier and blame customers that we are out town/out of network area and the owner & staff gives ridiculous to the phone call...

These guys won't deliver to our door step and asks us to come to their office , office is very far away from main junction of tuni . Bad customer service . They don't update even the status of order when they receive it , we should call them and enquirie them about the order , after we go to their office and collecting our order then we will receive out for delivery message after couple of hours we will get delivery , this is a new way of faking that they deliver to our door step to blue dart head office . Superb plan and implementation by agent .
