Worst customer service . The customer team is changed recently and his behavior is horrible with us when we have gone to send parcel to my daughter. We have been sending the same from last 3 years we didn't face issue with old staff who were very cooperative. Request Blue dart to replace the present staff to save the image of Blue dart.
This team doesn't deserve a single star, Worst customer support.
Actually im not interested to give 1star also. People are very irresponsible and careless. Doesn't respond to the phone call properly. Doesn't deliver on time and expect us to come to their office and pickup the parcel. Shame on their part.
I would suggest everyone to not use their services. Very irresponsible people. They don't have enough manpower and they want the customer to help lift the packages. If you are out of station OR not available to take delivery then their expectation is you should collect it from them yourself. (A little search on the web is showing a ton of bad reviews about Bluedart's customer service)

Good service , fast deliver in courier , all tracker and live updated and provide real-time update .
They never attempted to deliver things, instead they sit in office and call us to come collect the item, which is actually their job to deliver it. I don't suggest BLUEDART Sullurupet
I have received an order 2days back without even calling me they updated the status as undeliverable to irresponsible management
