Location is ok, but it's difficult to reach given Google maps shows mostly bike routes

Good place to stay near Cherai Beach. Good view of lake from the balcony.

The property is shown as located in vypin and it's actually near to munambam beach. I had booked believing the place they have shown and after booking I realised the same is far away than 20 km from vypin. I called them for cancellation within 15 minutes from booking and they didn't gave any options to cancel and the behaviour of the owner was quite irritating and he misbehaved too. Then I ended up booking another safe stay and I didn't got my money back too. This property is quite misleading and not safe.

Good room,best view but very bad room service

If there was an option of negative rating, i would have gone for it. This guy Jephyn is utterly irresponsible guy. Please DO NOT I read all the great reviews on google and made the booking for 2 rooms at this place by contacting him directly, 3 weeks in advance. He calls me a day before my checkin and asks me my arrival time on that day. I told him that my booking is for the next day. He agreed to it and no further communication from him. Next day, I called him twice to order food ahead, but he did not pick up the calls. When i reached the place at 10:30 PM in the night for checkin, he says there is a water problem in his property and takes me to another property of his friend. He definitely has goofed up the bookings (or has given our rooms to someone else, even after paying advance and confirmation from him). Now, when i ask him, why did he not inform about it beforehand, he cooks up stories. Inspite of all these blunders by him, he was talking as if he was doing a world of favor for me, by showing me an alternate property in the middle of the night. I had to spend double of what I was to pay at Blue Birds, to just sleep for the night. This guy was unapologetic about any of these. I urge everyone to go through negative reviews also in detail, cuz someone may be unlucky as me to face a horrifying experience with this guy.

Stayed in this property in Jan 2020, they have converted there back yard into rooms, were there is no hot water (it's on request, they will heat water and provide) It's around 8 min walk from the beach. They provide break fast which is average. It's Little expensive for the facility they provide. Good parking place is available. Don't go with high expectations as it's been shown it the pics.

Services and the facilities were completely self satisfying. The accommodation and the ambiance of the property is very good. There is no food option in the property, however one can order the food from outside or otherwise the caretaker also bring the food from outside. And at the same time caretaker's behavior was also good. The location of the property is inside from the main road, but the location of the property is awesome.
