Blue Bay Beach Resort - Resort hotel in Mahabalipuram, Vada Nemmeli - Chengalpattu, India

We booked this resort a week prior for a team outing and the booking team has agreed for our customized menu and all other commitments but they are operating from different location not in resort reception. Once we reached the resort the way they treated us and hospitality was very bad. Myself and the team waited for an hour in the entry itself since they have a rule to pay the entire amount before entering the resort which we never encountered in any resorts in our visits, even though we have already paid 50% as an advance. Next the main important thing is food, very worst and tasteless chicken briyani and veg pulao. Worthless for the cost and i would recommend do not pay any advance amount without visiting the resort.

Today we had team outing in this resort. Very worst experience from start to end. Food is also not good. When we first enquired the resort the commitment which they have given verbally didnt happen when we visited there. From food menu to the total pricing of the individual got differed. We need call the person for each time and each time they gave different communication that this is was we have said but commitment was something else. I would recommend not to visit this resort for any team engagement plan. Its waste of money. We have so many good resort with reasonable price and good food with quality services. Its totally a waste of money and we wasted entire day in resort. Only reason is we paid money.. very worst experience.

This is an Ok place for stay with family and kids. Not luxurious and lavish. Rooms are small, but tidy. But it is just on the coast.. so beach and it's view is excellent. They have a board restaurant as well. Food is good.

We visited for a day outing here, although I have been here couple of years before there isn't much changes. Food options for day outing is limited we felt they could have added more considering the amount being paid. We took a room for resting a while and it was averagely maintained, wouldnt prefer this for staying not sure of the other rooms though. All of us enjoyed being there at the resort while the management could make some improvements to attract customers.

It was very worst experience. I have wasted my money and my quality time. The rooms was not well maintained. Staff was very rude. Room service was very bad. Food was very very bad. We ordered fried rice which was cooked in bad oil and food was smelling worries t with old oil. They said the rooms was beach viewed but it was not beach viewed. If u want to enjoy with friends and family. Don't ever choose blue bay resort.

I had gone to Visit Mahabalipuram for a Business Convention and I stayed over for with a group of people along who were friends.The place if well maintained would be a Great spot. Definitely without a doubt. Still is though. A little work here and there and it should be fine. There is no room service after 10.30pm till about 9am. Need to ask the staffs more than once and then I had to go by myself and get things for my room. Rooms are good well maintained. Morning Tea coffee is an issue .Overall I would definitely visit only if the above are taken care off and things get better there.Because the place is worth it.

It's more like a Lodge, not a resort. Rooms are tiny with no windows. Swimming pool is also small near the walk area. Privacy is zero. Ambience is not good. Not worth the money. Checked out immediately without any second thought. Waste of money.

Very small resort. Don't fall prey for the pictures they posted online. The swimming pool was clean that's the only advantage. Food was okay.
