The cafe is well maintained, very hygienic and has a cozy atmosphere making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The staffs and the owners are very warm and welcoming. It offers a delightful menu of sweet and savoury treats.The tea and coffee selection are also excellent and the baristas take great care to craft each drink to perfection. Visiting the cafe has always been a good decision.
Blue and Yellow bakery has never failed to disappoint when it comes to cake design and taste. Even in the last minute order (which is almost always), the design and taste stays too notch.
All the cakes they bake looks beautiful and taste divine. It has a perfect balance of appearance, texture, and flavour and has nothing but the best and freshest ingredients, meticulously mixed in the right proportions and baked to flawless perfection...it's a must try for everyone..
Birthday cakes here are the BEST in town, BY FAR. One of the only bakeries in Gangtok that uses proper ingredients, such as real cream that tastes like cream and comes from cows (not that artificial fluffy stuff made from palm oil that covers most cakes in Gangtok). With the result that the cakes actually taste good. Cakes from Blue and Yellow are the only cakes where I've seen adults (at a kid's birthday) ask for seconds!!! This cake went above & beyond my expectations! It was absolutely beautiful & made a Perfect addiction... Loved the way you played with the colours & flavours. Tysm for communicating & making exactly what we wanted. This was one of the Best cake I have had in a while. I would highly recommend Blue and Yellow to all my friends & family.<3 :)
Been ordering and suggesting from here ever since my first bite of the super savoury, flavourful, rich cake. The taste, the designs, nothing is compromised here. Honestly, the best baker in whole of Gangtok !! Sadly! I do not have a picture coz I just couldn't resist, call it devouring or relishing it.
It is said that "The bakery and the baker's vibe always matches" , perhaps stands very true for the famous Blue & Yellow Cafe. The lovely playlist along with some hot chocolate chip cookie and cappacino is a must , furthermore oreo cheesecake and new york cheesecake too I would recommend. Also this patissiere is very famous for its beautiful and delicious cakes which you can customize as well.
Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely Cafe!! The ambiance is very welcoming and charming! There's good coffee, delish comfort food, nice music and great service! And to top it all, the cakes and cookies here are just HEAVENLY!! Blue and Yellow is the finest cafe in Gangtok!
