Last month,we went with our family to manali, and we had booked blossom cottage, when we reached we got to know that he had alloted one of our rooms to somebody else despite of booking three months ago, staff was really discourteous, at night horrible food was served even street food is better than this, no hygiene at all, broken plates and bowls, insects on the dining table, the only thing good is the behaviour of the owner but he is not there all the time, because of all these hardships we cancelled our second day stay at this hotel and our tour organiser with such short notice booked another hotel which was far more better than this.The rooms were ok ok and there was no water available in the washroom from the evening, view was also barely visible from our room. We booked this hotel because the pictures and the reviews given were so good but when you actually go you will just suffer. Our tour organiser also said that those reviews are fake. Absolutely worst experience please think thrice before booking this hotel.
