We were Given a two single bed room ( for 3 people 2 adults and 1 kid) And it was very small room ( it was full when we added an extra bed) Overall service was good and breakfast was served hot Just not for family , ok if travelling alone.
The Location is Good and convinient with the beach at walking distance. The staff is very polite and friendly. They help you for everything that you need. Overall a Good place to stay in the juhu area

Had very bad experience specially in this catagory of hotels.!! First they have maintenance issue so haven't arranged buffet breakfast.! We are vegetarian.! They served us non veg breakfast.! & service has no class .! They literally have all execuse which we were ask to.! After some time they just literally ignored our room service.!
Pathetic service, the staff is extremely rude and unattentive. They do not understand the guest privacy and disrespectful. The service was delayed, room was dirty when I checked in. The hotel is too unorganised. I can never imagined what mistake I made by booking this hotel. Extremely disappointed.
Rooms are best and too comfortable . Staff was very supportive, and polite the manger sumod is very helpful, again too neat and clean , size of the room , bed was vgood agin the lights the vibes wore best khudos to blooms staff and manager keep going .
Great stay with the best hotel juhu in Mumbai and the service was also awesome and the behavior of staff was also mainly from front desk who always ready for providing all the services in a minute that was awesome
