Loved our stay at Bloom. The staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The chatbot makes it easy to get the things into the room- like housekeeping etc. Overall great experience at this hotel.

The location is perfect and convenient to reach to the airport. The hotel staff is very Co operative. The only concern during my staff was the washroom. It was too small and not very clean. Request you to look into it and provide the customer with a more comfortable stay.

I have stayed in Bloom hotel in Bangalore and I would say that it was worth the money. Keeping that in mind, I booked a room in Bloom Hitec city, Hyderabad. I walked in with my family to book 2 rooms. 1. The receptionist made us wait in the reception area for an hour. Unsure why, but we just got there after a long night of traveling and we were exhausted. 2. We stepped into the room and the floors were extremely dirty. It looked like an unused room or a room that was not cleaned after the previous stay. 3. There were moths and cockroaches in the bathroom and behind the bed. 4. The walls had coffee/tea stains and smelt horrible. 5. The bathroom had mold in-between the tiles and the faucet was broken. We had to fix it and keep it in position before using it. 6. The food that we ordered for dinner was pathetic and expensive. 7. The walkway was dirty and had food particles on the floor. Overall, It was absolutely not worth 10000/- for a 1 night stay (Standard Queen). The room numbers were 102 and 103.

Good place to stay and spend time. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast spread is decent and overall good hotel for both business and family trips. Bloom Hotel is an absolute gem! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted by friendly and professional staff who made us feel right at home. The rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds that ensured a restful night's sleep. The attention to detail in the design and decor is impressive, creating a relaxing ambiance throughout the hotel. The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. We can't say enough about the exceptional service we received during our stay. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs and provided excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing. Bloom Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

One of the best hotels to stay in Hi tech city Hyderabad.. neat n clean, hygienic.. best location in the centre of the city... Very good hospitality and food... Our stay was very smooth and pleasant.. thankful to all the staff n management.

Good stay. Polite and dedicated staffs. Front desk was really supportive. Creative and colourful space. And If available, upgrading to suite room doesn't cost much. You can get more space.

Really Good and Helpful staff including kitchen staff. Thank you so much for you kind service. And yesterday night food is really good.
