We bought a tank attached with filter. But the filter didn't work properly, when we asked them they told a solution which was to buy a zip-lock cover and put all the tiny media into it (I feel that it is a delivery or packing issue). It had 3 holes like a straight line to take water and dirt inside the filter. But the drawback was tiny fishes like neon tetra , shrimps went inside it and we really struggled alot to retrieve it back. And a couple of them died inside the filter . We contacted them and there was a lady who was very arrogant and said that it is not a R&D work and responded like they don't even care about it. I'm damn sure that it is a failure model. If we have known about this earlier, we would have bought tank and filter separately.

Nice place to buy dishes and aquarium. They should give more info on how to handle fishes for beginners. Unfortunately 5 out 6 fishes died. Then they gave generic medicine after which all the fishes are happy and healthy.

Very Good collection but there is no proper response /guide / advice from the staff. The one day lady is very arrogant. the fishes which we purchased from this shop will die very quickly. Too much costly. We had purchased one pair of fish cost about 350/ each i.e. 700 paid and brought before reaching office. its died, when we asked them, one lady said, it good when you purchased and smiled. So i don't recommend to buy fishes from this shop. Instead of the one shop is their in kudlu gate (Sri. Sai Fish Fantacy).

They have very good collections, but very poor at customer service. They are very arrogant if someone calls for an issue with their products or fishes. I don't even want to give 1 star to them. Very worst service.

I bought flower horn fish last week, but suddenly it fell ill not knowing the reason I called up to the shop but the boys there did not give proper instructions. Later the owner guided with proper instructions for what to do then now my flower horn is perfectly alright. Playing and responding! Thank you Mam.

One of my favorite places to buy aquarium fish. They have a great place and lots of choice.

They gave the wrong food for the wrong fish killing the fish within one day and also didn't suggest to buy one or 3 fishes for that perticular type of fish. Real bad employees with zero knowledge of fishes

Very expensive Golden fish is 500 which you can get it for 200 Rs. Please don't stop by. Find a better place. I had a very bad experience
