I'm so excited that Goa finally has a service center for Revolt RV400 here! And they provide a better service experience than Revolt-only service centers in Hyderabad and Maharashtra! As soon as they got their first shipment of service parts, I booked an appointment and drove here from North Goa. They provided fast and focused care on my bike to ensure I could drive back home before sunset. These guys did more work in a day than the Sangli service center did in 2 weeks of keeping my bike. The owner is incredibly responsive on Whatsapp and very welcoming when I arrived. My only complaint is that the service manager is not as responsive and wasn't clear in advance that one of the parts I needed is not available. She doesn't respond in writing and on voice call she seemed to say the parts are all there, then once I arrived she claimed she said the part isn't there. In the future it would be good to get answers in writing to avoid such scenarios. Luckily the technicians were able to find a workaround until the part arrives later.

The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, providing me with detailed information about the various electric bikes they had in stock. They took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me narrow down my choices based on my budget and intended use of the bike. They were patient and friendly throughout the entire process.
