Checked in a few days back. So far very good. Great ambiance. Descent food quality. Good facilities and amenities. Responsive and attentive management. Accessible location. Hygiene centric maintenance. Very minor issues hear and there a part from that i think for a PG in vijayawada you can't find anything better than this at this price point. Planning to stay long term. Will be updating my review periodically as I stay.
Those who are looking for a Pg with all facilities and if you feel no issues with the monthly fees this is the best place. Food is also good and mostly preferable for employees.
Pros: -Good and comfortable place, very nice ambience and good decent professionals living together. -Owner is polite and understanding and will solve problems quickly and efficiently Cons: - Need to mantain strict money related policy with owner since there have been issues regarding AC bill which is seprate. - The food quality is average at best and is manageable. I found myself eating outside at least twice-thrice a week. Edited after living in this PG for about 1.5 years
I vacated on Aug 20th, My security deposit of rupees 5000 not yet refunded even after many follow ups, Bad food and hospitality.
Unprofessional manners by staff no proper food, daily same variety of food, money making agency. Rooms are good+1 AC meter reading is a scam- charging 1k+ additional than the rent Staff will ask money stating for emergencies and never return, be careful with it

Worst service. Nobody is willing to take ownership. No response from them on any queries. You have to wait for 10 days to get any response from them. For WiFi recharge they took 1 week that too after asking for multiple times. Unprofessional service and no ethics. Too costly and unhygienic. Go for your own room.
Rooms are small especially for 2 sharing. AC bill is charged separately. Hygiene of room and common spaces is neglected. Everyone has to eat in one flat which becomes messy. No kettle or microwave options are provided unlike other coliving spaces like stanza. Washing Machine is shared among so many flats. When complained, was told that they are in high demand with huge waiting list and I am free to leave whenever I want.
