Tranquil retreat in Victorian Bungalow: A week at Bliss and Manor Mussoorie We stayed in Bliss and Manor Mussoorie for a week in November, and couldn't have asked for a better accommodation well within our budget. The property lived up to its Victorian charm and heritage, and was well complemented with modern comforts and amenities including 5G internet, making it perfect for work from mountains also. The rooms were well furnished and comfortable and overlooking the scenic surroundings, especially those facing the lawn. There is also an onsite cafe serving wholesome food. Set away from the crowds, it is about 20 minutes away from the Mall Road and ideal for soothing nature walks and taking in the surroundings. The staff are efficient and friendly going out of the way to make the stay a comfortable one. The only disappointing feature was the upcoming new resorts around the property blocking the views. Even with that said, Bliss is perfect to unwind, relax and enjoy the old-world charm of a heritage property amidst beautiful surroundings. I recommend the property highly and will definitely go back again, this time for a longer stay.

The property is overall good, but it could be excellent. I booked and stayed in a "Small" room. The thing that needs most improvement is the HOUSEKEEPING. Other than this few more improvements are suggested that the commode cover was broken, one almirah door handle was broken, Cable TV had no signal. Breakfast was awesome. The staff was cooperative. Property is good. One can enjoy staying here.

Our stay in bliss co. And Manor was amazing. The rooms were cozy and the staff was friendly and quick to respond. The food can be improved and can work on room ventilation.

The location is very good, the property is well maintained but the hygiene is poor as there are 2 pet dogs who keep pooping everywhere outside your door which is very unhygienic especially if u have kids. The food is good but very limited things are available. They must at least add noodles to their menu. The staff could have been more courteous, they work as if they are not happy with their jobs, they don't even carry a smile or greet their customers, bland faces.

We stayed at Bliss & Co. Mussoorie for two nights. It was a beautiful experience. Staff (Specially Mr. Manan) is very helpful and kind . He goes above and beyond to help you out. I can't stop bragging abt the hotel and staff to my friends and family. if you are looking to sit by yourself or in a small group or just have a good time it is the best place to go for. The property has a breathtaking view. Service is beyond expectations. It is very cost effective. Thanks

They are not pet friendly.. You have to take large king bedroom if you have 2 medium size dog. According to them in small room dogs smell persists.. Sir/Madam if you are dog friendly then be dog friendly don't put conditions..

The hotel looks like a British era building that is very well maintained. It gives you a quiet and calming experience with the Mall road only 5 mins away for those looking to visit the same. Mr Sanjay and Bhandari Ji, the staff at the hotel are welcoming and very courteous. Definitely worth the stay.

The bliss manor has an excellent view yet very far from the mall road. We just checked in and out on the same day actually in few hours. The rooms were specious yet basic hoy water in bathrooms or shampoo refills were not available on a very very cold days. Parking is available and the monekies are to be careful of. They come in the room and takes away whatever is available. A decent place but we expected little more out of the place. Can improve. It's a pet friendly place. Must consider if you are traveling along with your furry baby.
