I would have given a 5 star because the rings are really pretty. But the fact that it took 2 months to get delivered was a major turn off. 3 of my friends also have recently ordered rings from your website after looking at my ring. I hope they get their rings in time unlike mine.

Worst customer care and service ever. I placed my order 2 months before and still haven't received my order yet. It didn't get dispatched from the blinglane warehouse itself though the custom clearance got over long before. Inspite of several mails and calls to the customer care there was no proper response where half of the time they dont attend my calls and if they attend also they assure for the order to get delivered within 48hrs. My question is why there is no prior information regarding the delivery date is provided while placing the order and why ? I would have never ordered and paid if i knew that it would take this long.
