Bleu & Blanc Cottages - Villa in Puducherry - Villupuram, India

It is a great place to stay by. We stayed next to the beach and it was real pleasant as it is away from the main town and there not lot of people visit the beach during weekdays. The water is clean and waves are real good. The beach is also clean as it is not crowded. Only negative point is lack of cafes or eateries. But I suppose that would be the main reason for beach to be clean and good.p pin

The mattresses in the 2 cottages which are facing pool each other is not absorbing the water please change that, I would also like to have a personalized refrigerator inside the rooms not a cold box that you guys won't provide icepacks then that's the point of having it. Bathroom taps should be rectified properly. Others than it was really a very good and well maintained place to hang out for couple of days for family of 4 -6people.

The name itself explains its characteristics. The best beach in Puducherry to relax. If you like to get some inner peace, this place is perfect for you. This place helps you to forget all the world problems and helps to get you tranquil. They have some rock made road on beach to get some more forward in sea where you can sit calmly and chill. sit on the last rock and forget the world. Just listen to the wave sounds and enjoy the peace .

The stay at Bleu and Blanc was alright, had a couple of issues though. We booked the private villa for 2 days. Multiple CCTV cameras in the living room and pool area INSIDE the private villa compound. The owner told us that this is a norm to have cameras in the common areas, but i have never seen cameras inside the living room of an apartment or villa, especially when only 1 group is allowed to book that space at a time. Some of the rooms are made with cheap quality wood which becomes hot. ACs are weak (0.5 ton) that can't cool well in the afternoons. Out of 6 rooms, 4 are made out of wood. The caretaker is very helpful but keeps coming into the house. We told him multiple times that if needed we would call him but he just kept showing up. Despite locking the front door, he uses a back entrance (with no lock inside the house) to come to the kitchen early in the morning, late in the evening. We really appreciate the effort he took but it was at a loss of privacy. Note to the owner: if you're giving out a private Villa, please pay a little more attention to the privacy part. You can't have cameras in the living room and swimming pool. Caretakers can't walk in whenever they want. I understand some guests might want someone around full time but we value our privacy more than having constant help around. Alternatively you can call this a hotel and make it clear to the guests that this is NOT a private villa.

Compact but beautiful. 4 well appointed rooms. Plenty of privacy. Two swimming pools. Facility for barbeque. Friendly staff. Located strategically. Bit expensive but worth it

Nice villa and cottages with good ambiance!! Especially the swimming pool at the cottages! This place is walkable distance to the serenity beach..! Care takers's hospitality was good!! They didn't say no for anything! Morning house made breakfast was delicious!! Their barbecue setup was good! You can get the fish/ meat for dinner and they help with the preparation!!

I was blown away by the beauty of Bleu & Blanc Cottages's location. The resort was situated right on the beach, and the views from my room were stunning.
